1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 999fb platform (the "Platform"), including its website at https://999fb.io and any associated mobile applications or services, you ("the User", "you", "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 999fb (the "Company", "we", "us", "our") with respect to your use of the Platform. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account if one has been created.

999fb reserves the right to refuse access to the Platform to any individual at any time and for any reason consistent with applicable law, without prior notice and without liability to you or any third party.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The 999fb Platform is strictly available to adults aged 21 years and above only. By registering an account, you warrant and represent that you are at least 21 years of age. 999fb may request documentary proof of age at any time, including government-issued identification such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued in Bangladesh. Accounts found to belong to individuals under the age of 21 will be immediately closed and any funds held will be dealt with in accordance with applicable law.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

999fb primarily serves players residing in Bangladesh, including Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and Cox's Bazar. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 999fb makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or legally available in jurisdictions outside its primary service area.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one active 999fb account. Opening multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 999fb reserves the right to:

• Merge the duplicate accounts and consolidate any remaining balances at its sole discretion
• Void any bonuses, promotional credits, or winnings accrued across duplicate accounts
• Permanently suspend all associated accounts and block the corresponding device fingerprint, IP address, and payment details from future registration
• Report the activity to relevant financial institutions where fraud is suspected

2.4 Accurate Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during account registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You are obligated to keep this information up to date. 999fb is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account details.

2.5 Identity Verification (KYC)

999fb operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with anti-money-laundering (AML) best practices. You may be required to submit identity verification documents before your first withdrawal is processed, or at any point during your use of the Platform if the Company deems it necessary. Required documents may include:

• National Identity Card (NID) or valid passport
• Proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of registered bKash or Nagad account in your name)

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period requested by 999fb may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.

3 Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 999fb account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passcodes (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

All activity that occurs on your account while you are logged in — or that occurs as a result of your credentials being used — is your sole responsibility. 999fb will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to adequately protect your login details.

999fb employs 256-bit SSL encryption on all connections and offers optional two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP. While we take all reasonable precautions to secure the Platform, no online system can guarantee absolute security. You acknowledge this inherent risk by using the Platform.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

999fb accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No foreign currency conversion is applied on the Platform; any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider are your own responsibility.

4.2 Minimum & Maximum Transactions

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction
• Maximum deposit: Subject to the limits of your chosen payment method and any account-level limits applied by 999fb's risk team
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000 per transaction
• Maximum withdrawal: Subject to account verification status and daily/weekly limits communicated within the cashier section

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–4 hours of submission, seven days a week, subject to successful KYC verification being on file. 999fb reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for additional security checks where unusual account activity is detected. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by the 999fb compliance team.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

999fb operates a strict anti-money-laundering (AML) framework. Deposits made to the Platform must originate from payment accounts legally registered in your name. Using a third party's bKash, Nagad, or bank account to fund your 999fb account is prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of withdrawal privileges pending investigation. 999fb reserves the right to withhold funds and report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities in compliance with applicable regulations.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

999fb offers bonuses and promotional incentives from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All promotions are governed by these Terms & Conditions and by any additional promotion-specific terms published alongside the relevant offer.

5.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are credited to your account in a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied
• Wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry periods are specified in each individual promotion's terms
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met
• 999fb reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice

5.2 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit bonuses through irregular betting patterns, hedging strategies, or coordinated play across multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse. Where bonus abuse is identified, 999fb reserves the right to void all associated bonus funds and winnings, close all implicated accounts, and permanently ban the individual from future promotional eligibility.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on 999fb are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, event, or game. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with applicable rules before placing any wager.

6.1 Sportsbook

999fb's sportsbook covers cricket (including BPL, Bangladesh Tigers internationals, T20 World Cup, IPL, and ICC tournaments), football, kabaddi, and other major sports. Bets are accepted up to the market closure time specified for each event. In-play betting is available on selected markets. 999fb reserves the right to:

• Suspend or close any betting market at any time without prior notice
• Void bets placed after an event has concluded where a technical delay caused them to be accepted
• Apply maximum win limits on any market at its sole discretion
• Restrict or refuse bets from any account without providing a reason

6.2 Casino & Slots

Casino games and slots on the 999fb platform are provided by certified third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Game rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentages, and house edge information are disclosed within each individual game's interface. 999fb does not modify the RNG outcomes of any certified game. 6.3 Bet Cancellation & Void Bets

A bet that has been accepted and confirmed cannot be cancelled by the User. 999fb may void a bet in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or postponed without a rescheduled date; the market was created in error (incorrect odds, incorrect teams); or the bet was placed in breach of these Terms. Voided bets are returned to the account balance at the original stake amount.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 999fb Platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one account on the Platform
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration or KYC information
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the Platform
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets
• Using third-party payment accounts not registered in your own legal name
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the Platform's software or infrastructure
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 999fb staff or other players via any communication channel
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content from the 999fb Platform without prior written consent

8 Responsible Gaming

9 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

In all cases where 999fb is found liable, our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount deposited by you into your 999fb account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Amendments & Governing Law

12.1 Amendments to These Terms

999fb reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Revised" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

12.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 999fb with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between the parties relating to the subject matter herein.
